By visiting Annahlou studios site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not engage with any part of my website, products and/or services.
All policies pertain to all products sold on or are affiliated with Annahlou Studios or myself.
Section 1 - Products
All prices are in AUD, and may/may not appear in your countries currency when viewing.
All of my products and any associated artwork are not to be resold, used commercially, copied, duplicated or traced.
Prices for my products are subject to change.
I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product/service on my shop.
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my products, however this can be represented differently due to other displays/lighting - colours may vary slightly to what is shown in the product photos.
Section 2 - Orders + Refunds
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are offered when:
- An item in your order is faulty
- An item is missing from your order
- You recieved the wrong item and/or order
Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are NOT offered when:
- Change of mind
- Using the product in an unintended way
- Your order was lost or damaged in transit*
*Despite protective packaging and tracking, there is always a chance that your order is damaged or lost during the shipping process. Please understand that once an order is lodged and with the postal company, it is out of my control and I am unable to internalise the cost of postage mishaps as an individual.
Section 3 - Shipping
Your order will be packed and shipped from Perth, Western Australia, using Australia Post.
Please allow up to 5 business days after you have placed your order for it to be packed and shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT or customs clearance fees levied by your local government. (currently excluding the US)
